♡ adopts ♡

By owning/purchasing an adopt from me you are stating you have read and agree to these tosmy designs and art are for personal use only. you only receive partial rights to the design you bought/obtained. if you'd like commercial rights you have to purchase them separately, dm for prices !using my artwork in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited.no refunds/ghosting. when bidding please be sure you can pay the full amount, and if you need to back out let me know in advance.
you cannot back out once bidding has ended and I've accepted your offer.Please also refrain from using my work for AI image generation. Don't use any drawn commission and/or adopt as material to train an AI model.holds and payment plans are okay as long as there's a small down payment. if you don't pay the full amount by the time we agreed on, you will not get a refund and the character will be put back on sale.when bidding/purchasing anything from me, please specify if it'll be a hold or payment plan! and how long the hold/plan will be , Down-payment & time frame of hold/payment plan will be decided in dms.design changes are okay! no need to ask for permission, as long as you keep the original art on their toyhouse profile & continue to credit me for the design.you have permission to repost the artwork/design wherever you would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Instagram or toyhouse is preferred.)

♡ ych's and commissions ♡

By commissioning me for art/ych/customs, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.I retain full and exclusive rights to the artwork. do not claim it as your own or use it for anything other than personal use.All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. using my artwork in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.if you'd like commercial rights to my artwork, it'll be a separate fee and will be discussed in dms.you have permission to repost the artwork wherever you would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Instagram or toyhouse is preferred.) and my watermark/signature remains in the image and is intact/unaltered and readable.Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use is prohibited.do not claim any artwork made by me is your own.you may not use my artwork for AI GENERATOR OR NFTS.no refunds. unless i am not able to complete the commission you will not receive a refund if you cancel. If i cannot complete your commission and have to cancel a full refund will be given and you may choose to keep any wip art if available.payment for commissions will be half upfront and the remaining half after i've sent you a sketch/wip and you've approved it.payment for ychs/customs will be full upfront before i start working on your commission.deadlines, If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will let you know. I will always try to complete a commission before/on the promised due date, but i cannot promise there won't be any delays. If i need to delay a commission due to personal reasons i have the right.i have the right to deny/cancel any commission.

♡ bases ♡

purchasing a base from me means you agree and have read these tos.if you have bought a base from me you're allowed to edit the artwork however you would like, as long as im given proper credit. ( either my account has beeen properly tagged / has a link back to my profile(s), and/or my watermark is visible and hasn't been altered/unreadable.no refunds for bases
unless there is a complication during your purchase and you did received your purchased base(s) and can prove the payment went through. ( only i can confirm if your payment has gone through based on you paypal email.)
you have all commercial rights to bases, so long as i am credited properly. my name and link to my profile must be visible and easily accessible.
reselling a base you purchased for a cheaper price and/or giving the files away/to someone else for free is strictly prohibited.
